Meet two teachers Irene Zaarour and Irena Smith, both will offer you yoga classes in the morning and second in the afternoon.
One class energised and one more therapeutic including one night of Yoga Nidra
Irene Zaarour is a qualified Ashtanga Teacher by Sharath Jois with over 20 years of experience and practice in Ashtanga Yoga, traveling every year to Mysore India for practice. and study.
Irena Smith is an advanced Yoga teacher qualified in Vinyasa, Yin, Trapeze, Rocket Yoga, Hydro Yoga, and Breathing Coaching.
Classes will accommodate beginners or advanced practitioners, style of yoga Ashtanga -Vinyasa -Yin -Nidra
What is included :
5 days single or double accommodation 3 stars
Two yoga classes per day with
experienced teachers
Brunch after morning class ( healthy snacks nuts, fruits, eggs, bread, yogurt, some vegs )
( noticed that we will cook the food, there are no staff to serve us )
Extra activities ( not included):
Bran Castle , Swiming , visiting Brasov or walking to The bats cave

The price for a single Early Bird booking until the end of 2024, with a non-refundable deposit of 200 pounds, is £650.

For share rooms £ 475 per person early bird .
I suggest to consider transport from Bristol or BA , and a train to Brasov.
